These Terms govern your use of the Whetwise website and your pre-order (“reservation”) of Whetwise courses. Whetwise is a brand of Humblebee Solutions Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 449911, with its registered office at Vasili Michailidi 9, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus (“we”, “us”).

1. The courses

Whetwise courses are online programs that teach professionals to use AI tools in their daily work through practical cases: a worked example, an assignment you complete yourself, and AI-generated feedback on your work. Courses are currently in development; the first modules are planned to open in early 2027. Course content, schedule and features described on the website may be refined before launch.

2. Reservations (pre-orders)

• When you reserve a seat, we verify your payment card through our payment processor Stripe using a $0 check and save the card securely with Stripe for use at launch. No money is charged when you reserve.
• Before launch we will email you the final syllabus, start date and price. You will only be charged after you explicitly confirm your purchase. If you do not confirm, nothing is charged and your saved card is removed.
• You can cancel your reservation at any time before confirming by emailing rp@humblebee.ltd; we will delete your saved card.
• The founding price shown at reservation is guaranteed for your reservation.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee after launch.

5. Your use of the courses

Courses are for your personal professional development. You may not resell or redistribute course materials. When completing assignments, do not upload confidential information of your employer or clients; use the sample data we provide or anonymised data.

6. Results

Statements about productivity or salary are based on published third-party research and are provided for information only. Individual results depend on your role, employer and effort; we do not guarantee any specific time savings, salary increase or career outcome.

7. AI feedback

Assignment feedback is generated with the help of AI models and may contain mistakes. It is educational guidance, not professional, financial, legal or HR advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the courses is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
